Hi everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about the truck that was stolen from S&S Auto Parts and later found at Minyard’s Food Store. It seems pretty strange to me that the truck was abandoned so close to the crime scene. Could it be that the suspect was familiar with the area or needed to make a quick getaway?
The proximity makes me wonder if they were trying to send some sort of message or maybe needed to switch vehicles rapidly. I’m curious if there were any fingerprints or other forensic evidence found in or around the truck. It's painful to imagine Mr. Cohen being so close to his community, only to end up tragically involved in this terrible event.
I genuinely hope the police can uncover more information about whoever was driving or seen around the truck that day. The community deserves closure, and it would be a fitting legacy to Mr. Cohen’s kindness for those responsible to be brought to justice. Thoughts or new insights?
Stay safe, everyone.
It’s incredibly frustrating to see that Stanley Cohen's murder case hasn't been solved even after all these years. I can't help but wonder about the stolen truck that was found at the Minyard’s Food Store. Was there ever any surveillance footage checked there? It seems like such a crucial piece of the puzzle, but I've found no mention of it in any official reports or news articles. Considering the close proximity to where the murder took place, I feel like this could have been a significant lead. The idea that Stanley's kindness may have been used against him is disturbing. He was known for being generous, which might have been why he let those people in. Would love to hear if anyone else has thoughts on the truck angle or if there's more info out there that's not widely known. Keeping Stanley's family and friends in my thoughts during what must still be an incredibly difficult time.
