I've been following Amanda Fleetwood's case for some time now, and it's so devastating to see her family going through this without any answers. Something that really stands out to me is the setting of the crime scene. It happened at a construction site on the West Sam Houston Parkway. I wonder if it was chosen deliberately or just an unfortunate coincidence. Could the shooter have known it would be a deserted area at night, or was it just along the route they were taking?
Also, I've been curious about the guy they picked up. Had he been lurking around "Bizarre Times" waiting for someone to give him a ride, or was it more spontaneous? From what I've read, it was out of character for Jonnie to agree after initially refusing. Could there have been some level of coercion or fear involved?
I hope more people come forward with information. Maybe someone remembers seeing something unusual around the time at either the shop or the construction site. Amanda deserves justice, and her family deserves peace.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the case of Amanda Fleetwood and Jonnie Tromp, especially the decision Jonnie made to give that man a ride. It's so easy to look back and question every choice, but we need to remember that hindsight is 20/20. Young people often feel invincible, and it's heartbreaking to see how a kind gesture turned into such a tragedy. I can't imagine the pain their families are going through, especially with the case still unsolved after all these years.
Something that really stands out to me is how crucial that man’s description could be. I wonder if anyone else at "Bizarre Times" might remember seeing him or if there are any security cameras that captured him. With technology improving, I hope there's a chance old footage could be enhanced, or maybe someone will remember something significant. It’s frustrating that this person has never been caught, but we’ve seen cold cases solved decades later, so there’s always hope.
Sending strength to Amanda’s family and everyone who loves her. Let's keep sharing the information far and wide—never know when a small detail could lead to a big break.
