As someone who didn’t know Mary personally but lives in a nearby community, it's comforting to see justice being served. These advancements in forensic techniques not only helped bring closure to Mary’s family but also brought a sense of security to all of us living in Carrollton. I can’t imagine how hard it must have been for her loved ones during those uncertain times, but I hope knowing the truth provides them some peace. Cases like this remind us why it’s so important to support our local law enforcement and forensic teams in their pursuit of justice for victims who cannot speak for themselves.
