Has anyone else looked into the case of Reginald Mandrale Payne-Fails? It seems like there's so little information out there, and it's unsettling. I can't stop thinking about his kids growing up without answers. It's hard to imagine the pain his family must have felt. I came across his obituary, and it was filled with so much love from those who knew him. Does anyone have more insights into why there seems to be no official investigation or media coverage? It feels like his story just slipped through the cracks, and that just doesn't sit right with me. Maybe someone local to Fort Worth might know more? His family deserves to know what happened. Any thoughts or additional info would be appreciated!
