I've been following the Jordan Holden case since I first heard about it years ago. It's so moving to see how his friends and family have held onto hope and never stopped advocating for justice. I can't imagine the rollercoaster of emotions they've experienced, especially his girlfriend, who was pregnant at the time of his tragic death. Naming their child Jordan is such a beautiful way to honor his memory and keep his spirit alive. I genuinely hope that with these recent arrests, they can finally find some semblance of peace and begin to heal. This case truly highlights the impact of dogged determination from both loved ones and law enforcement. The progress made thanks to forensic breakthroughs is something that benefits all of society, ensuring that no case, no matter how old, is ever really forgotten. My thoughts go out to everyone who knew and loved Jordan.

I've been following Jordan Holden's case for a while and I'm relieved to see his family finally getting the answers they've waited so long for. It must have been incredibly difficult for them, especially knowing his child would grow up without ever meeting him. I can't even imagine the strength it took for them to keep pushing for justice all these years. One detail that stands out to me is the role of the Cold Case Unit and their persistence over a decade. It really highlights how important it is for law enforcement to keep revisiting these cases, even when years have passed. The advances in forensic technology, especially familial DNA testing, seem to have been a real game-changer here. It's incredible to think that items as seemingly mundane as a black toboggan and a single Nike shoe became the key to turning this case around. Kudos to the SAPD Cold Case Unit and the Texas Rangers for their dedication to this case. I hope other unsolved cases get similar attention and eventual resolution so those families can find peace, too.

I’ve been following the Jordan Holden case for a while, and one aspect that's always intrigued me is the role of the Cold Case Unit and how they were instrumental in bringing justice to his family after so many years. It’s so reassuring to see law enforcement agencies not giving up, even when a case seems to have gone cold. I can only imagine the relief and gratitude Holden’s family must feel knowing that his case wasn't forgotten. Also, the use of familial DNA testing is fascinating, and it's amazing to see how advancements in forensics can breathe new life into investigations. My heart goes out to his family, especially his child – growing up to know that the people responsible for taking away their father are being held accountable must offer some peace. This truly underscores the importance of persistence in these cases, not just for the sake of justice, but also for the healing of all those left behind.
