I just wonder what more could've been done to prevent this escalation with Alireza Nikmanesh. It's concerning to hear how Nikmanesh had multiple altercations with coworkers before the incident. Were there enough conflict resolution strategies in place, or was there a lack of support for addressing these tensions? It’s a reminder of how important it is for companies to create environments where grievances can be aired and addressed safely. Perhaps this tragedy will spur other organizations to evaluate their own practices to prevent something so devastating from happening again. My thoughts are with everyone who loved Kevin and who must be struggling with such a sudden and senseless loss. It's evident from the memorials that Kevin was truly cherished and respected, leaving a positive impact on so many lives.
