It's just so disturbing to think about how Nhan had a tracking device on his truck. This wasn't just some random act—it seems so calculated. Who would go to such lengths, and why? If the suspects were able to follow him, possibly for days or weeks, it's terrifying. My heart goes out to his family, wondering if they have to look over their shoulders now. I hope the investigation reveals more so that they can have a sense of security again. The second suspect needs to be caught ASAP. The fact that one suspect is in custody is a start, but until the second person is off the streets, it feels far from over. Such a senseless tragic event in what should have been a safe neighborhood.
