Has anyone here followed the case of David Li? I've been thinking about how challenging it must be for authorities when someone might have fled to a different country. I mean, if Xiaolan took David to China, how do American investigators even begin to get traction there? I know there's some collaboration between countries, but it feels like there's this huge gap when it comes to enforcing custody laws internationally. Does anyone know if there have been similar cases where authorities were able to successfully locate a child in a situation like this? It's been over a decade, and it seems so daunting.
