I can't stop thinking about the role of domestic violence in Rhonda Masters' case. It's so distressing to see how these conflicts had been brewing for a while. With deputies being called multiple times in the week before, it’s clear that Rhonda needed more protection. I really feel for her family and friends, who must have tried all they could to help her. Why isn't there more being done to prevent situations like this from escalating? It's so important to address the warning signs before they lead to such devastating outcomes. I can’t get over the fact that Rhonda had to sleep elsewhere that night because of the ongoing conflict with Cody. It just shows how turbulent things must have been at home. It breaks my heart to think about what Rhonda was going through in those final days. It also makes me wonder about the friends or family she stayed with. Did they have any idea how serious the situation really was? I hope they know they did what they could to support her. If anyone has been in a similar situation, make sure to reach out to somebody—there’s always someone willing to help. For Rhonda's family, I can't imagine the pain they must be feeling. All my thoughts are with them during this difficult time.
