Is anyone else here really curious about the location where Leyla's phones were found? I've been thinking about why both phones ended up along Interstate 95, a mile apart from each other. It seems like a really specific place to discard them, and it's quite bold if you consider the traffic and surveillance cameras that are typically present on interstates. Was it done in a rush, or could there have been some sort of intention behind it, like throwing off the investigation? I wonder if this placement along a major highway was part of a calculated move or a desperate attempt to get rid of them. It might be worth exploring if there were traffic or nearby surveillance cameras that captured any footage around that time for additional clues. What do you guys think?
Has anyone else been puzzled by how Leyla's phones were found a mile apart on I-95? I can't shake the thought that whoever did this might have been trying to mislead investigators or possibly even staged it to implicate someone else. It seems oddly strategic. Like, why not just discard them together or throw them in a body of water? The placement of the phones feels too deliberate, almost like a breadcrumb trail. Can anyone think of other cases where items were spread out like this? Maybe it’s not as uncommon as I think, but it’s been bugging me since I learned about it. ?️‍♀️
