Did anyone else find it strange that the police ended up at a house instead of checking out the gravel pit where the screams were reported? I can't help but wonder if precious time was lost because of that. Considering how crucial those early moments are in a missing person's case, it's frustrating to think a mistake like that might have impacted the investigation. Has anyone come across any more details about why they chose to visit the house that night? It seems like such an unusual decision to make. Could it have interfered with finding Tammy? If only more information was available on the initial response, we might have better insight into what happened that day.
