Does anyone have more details about what actually led to the confrontation that ended with Jeffrey Sikes being shot? It's heartbreaking to think about how a young father lost his life so suddenly. I know the suspect was caught and convicted, but understanding what triggered the whole situation might help make sense of this senseless tragedy. My thoughts are with Jeffrey’s wife and kids—can’t imagine what they’re going through. Anyone know if there were any warning signs or if this was just a random act of violence?
