I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact of public exposure on people in high-pressure jobs like Capt. Michael Gorhum. It’s so sad to think that the stress from his work and the fear of potential backlash from the Ashley Madison associations could have weighed so heavily on him. It's important to realize how much pressure law enforcement officers are under, not just from their daily work but also from the scrutiny that comes with their positions. Has anybody come across discussions or interviews with colleagues who worked with him in the San Antonio PD? It’d be interesting to hear how they remember him and his dedication and also to understand more about the environment he was working in. My heart truly goes out to Michael’s family, especially his wife and children, as they navigate through the aftermath and fight to clear his name. It's a reminder that mental health support is crucial for those who serve and protect us.
