Has anyone looked into whether there were any surveillance cameras outside the bar where Tammy was last seen? In a lot of these cases, those cameras can provide invaluable clues about who someone was with or which direction they went. I find it strange that nothing has surfaced in terms of footage, especially since it's been over a decade. Either there were no cameras, the footage was lost, or maybe it just didn't capture anything usable? It seems like such a crucial piece of the puzzle that's missing here. If anyone has more information about this specific point, I'd love to hear about it.
