I'm still trying to wrap my head around what happened to Casey Drawert. She was such a respected figure in the medical community and seemed to genuinely touch so many lives through her work and volunteerism. I've read that she even participated in medical missions in Ecuador, which speaks volumes about her dedication to helping others. It's unfathomable that her life ended this way, in a situation that could potentially highlight the urgent need for more awareness around the warning signs of domestic violence. My heart goes out to her children and everyone who knew and loved her. Anyone knows more about how her colleagues are coping with this tremendous loss? I can't imagine the impact this has had on them, both at work and personally.
