Has anyone looked into the possibility that Felix could have accidentally boarded a bus or train and ended up in another area? Given that he suffers from dementia, he might have been confused at the time. It's something that sometimes happens with people in similar situations. I’m curious if the authorities have checked with public transportation services or stations for any sightings around the time he went missing. It's a long shot, but worth considering if it hasn't been explored yet. Any thoughts or additional info on this?
I’ve been thinking about why it seems like there haven’t been any significant leads in Felix Augustin’s case. One thing that came to mind is the language barrier. Since Felix spoke mainly Haitian Creole and limited English, I wonder if that played a part in him not being able to ask for help or communicate effectively if he did encounter someone. It’s possible that even well-meaning strangers who might have seen him didn’t realize he needed assistance. Especially in places where Creole isn't widely spoken, this might have complicated things significantly. I hope multilingual outreach has been considered in the search efforts. Anyone else have thoughts or ideas on how language differences can impact cases like Felix’s?
