Hey everyone,

I've been reading up on the Dallas 2016 incident and keep coming back to thoughts about Patricio "Patrick" Zamarripa's life and career. I find myself deeply moved by his background as both a Navy veteran and a dedicated police officer. His commitment to service really stands out to me—not only did he serve overseas, but he also chose to protect and serve his local community in Dallas. It's clear he had such a profound love for his country and community. It really makes you think about the sacrifices so many make every day. I can't help but feel for his wife Kristy and their young kids, Lyncoln and Dylan. Losing someone who was not only a family man but also such a dedicated public servant must have left a huge void.

Has anyone else looked into his life story? I'm curious to know more about the positive impacts he had on the people around him. I think it's essential to honor his memory by celebrating the good he did. ?
