Did anyone else catch the part where Lucas allegedly told another inmate that they'd never find Kelsie's body? That really makes you wonder if he's just taunting authorities or if he really knows something crucial everyone else doesn't. It's chilling to think he might have purposely hidden her that well. I can't help but also think about how often cases like this have someone close revealing key information while behind bars. Makes me question if there are more truths hidden in those jailhouse walls than we realize. Anyone have thoughts on former inmates testifying like this? Do you guys think it typically adds credibility or muddies the water?

I've been following the Kelsie Schelling case since it first made headlines, and I'm really curious about the role of jailhouse informants in trials like this. On one hand, hearing that Donthe Lucas allegedly told another inmate about Kelsie's body being impossible to find sounds like a huge revelation. But on the other, jailhouse snitch testimonies are often contested and can be unreliable. It makes me wonder how much weight the jury will put on Ryan Rivera's statement. In cases like these, where there isn't a body, every piece of evidence counts, but it just seems so tricky to navigate. Anyone else have thoughts on how credible these types of testimonies tend to be?
