Has anyone else looked into the details of the surveillance footage from the night Trelin was killed? I can’t shake the idea that those images could hold more clues than initially considered. The footage captured muzzle flashes and what looked like a long black object sticking out from the hole in the fence, suggesting where the shooter might have been. It seems like such a crucial piece of evidence was either overlooked or not fully analyzed. Considering the level of scrutiny this trial received, I wonder if anyone else has thoughts on whether this angle was explored enough. My heart goes out to the Reed family; I can’t imagine the pain of losing Trelin and then dealing with the trial's outcome.

Hey everyone, Just came across this case about Trelin Reed from Austin, and I can't stop thinking about the surveillance footage from the convenience store. It's chilling to know that there was evidence showing muzzle flashes and a weapon, yet it didn't seem to play a crucial role in securing a conviction. I wonder if there were any technical analyses done or if experts were brought in to interpret what the footage captured. It feels like this might have been a missed opportunity in court to strengthen the prosecution's case. My heart goes out to Trelin's family, as they continue to seek justice amidst such a perplexing outcome. Would love to hear what you all think—could this have made a difference in the trial? Stay safe, everyone.
