Has anyone else been following Joshua's case? I can't imagine what his family is going through with the lack of answers and justice. I was going over some old articles and what truly stands out to me is how close this happened to home. The 1600 block of Lawrence Street is such a tight-knit community—there must be someone who knows more, right? I saw interviews with some of Joshua's friends, and they talked so much about his loyalty and kindness. It's just so hard to believe that someone like him could have been caught up in this kind of violence. It makes me wonder if there's more to the story that hasn't come to light yet. There was a post previously about how the neighborhood has been pretty silent since Joshua's passing, and I find that really troubling. It's understandable in some ways, considering fear of retaliation or distrust in the system, but at the same time, it feels like keeping silent might let the suspect slip under the radar. I really hope someone comes forward with that crucial piece of information soon—even if it's just a small detail—that could move this investigation forward. Sending love and strength to his family and everyone affected by his passing. Let's keep sharing his story; maybe it’ll encourage someone to remember something they didn't think was important before.
