I’ve been thinking a lot about the first responders who showed up at the Henderson household that night. It must be incredibly tough for them knowing that they were so close to preventing this tragedy. They were just doing their job and it sounds like they didn’t see any immediate danger when they visited. I can only imagine how they must feel now, knowing what happened just a few hours later. This case reminds me of how crucial it is for first responders to have access to resources like mental health support to cope with these kinds of situations. My heart aches for everyone touched by this tragedy, especially those who tried to help. Sending much love and strength to Kaylee and Kenlie's family, friends, and the entire community.
