I’ve been following the conversation about Darien Hines’s tragic case, and one thing that's been on my mind is the witness situation. If the shooting happened outdoors around 7:15 p.m., it was probably not fully dark yet, and there might have been people around. It makes me wonder if there were any eyewitnesses who might have seen something but are too scared to come forward. It's a tough neighborhood, and I completely get the fear of retaliation, but this family deserves some answers. Maybe there's a way to provide tips anonymously that could encourage someone to speak up? I just hope that anyone with even the smallest piece of information finds the courage to share it. My heart goes out to Darien’s family—finding justice won’t bring him back, but every bit helps them find some peace.

Has anyone looked into whether there were any security cameras in the area where Darien was killed? It seems like in neighborhood settings, there might be businesses or even residential homes with surveillance footage that could have captured something that night. I can't imagine the pain his family is going through, waiting for answers like these. Just thinking about someone so young with his whole future ahead of him being taken away so senselessly is deeply upsetting. If anyone has insight into police efforts regarding this, or if there's any way we as a community can support them in gathering this kind of evidence, please share. Let's hope for some leads soon that help bring justice to Darien.

Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Darien Hines, the young man who tragically lost his life in St. Louis back in 2012. Something that’s been troubling me is the lack of progress in identifying suspects or motives after all these years. It’s disheartening to think about the pain his family must still be enduring, knowing that justice hasn’t been served for their loved one. With gun violence being such a pervasive issue in St. Louis, it’s so crucial for the community to step up and work with the authorities. Even the smallest piece of information could be the breakthrough that Darien's case needs. I just hope that anyone who knows something finds the courage to speak out. Darien deserves that dignity, and his family deserves some peace. Sending thoughts to all those who loved and knew him. Let's keep his memory alive and push for answers whenever and wherever we can. Take care, everyone.
