Was anyone else struck by the chilling details Micaela Vera shared during the trial? The fact that she received threatening texts from Delgato before the tragic incident is incredibly unsettling. It's terrifying to think about the fear they must have lived with, knowing someone like that was trying to intimidate them. Micaela's strength in testifying, especially after witnessing such a traumatic event, is admirable. I can’t imagine the courage it took to stand before everyone and recount the events of that dreadful day. It's heart-wrenching that the Gomez family had to endure such terror and loss because of Delgato’s violent actions.
