I can’t stop thinking about Brittany Smith's young son, who had to witness such a devastating event. It’s unimaginable what he went through and how this will affect him in the long run. The community's response to rally around him and his family is a silver lining in this tragedy, but it still breaks my heart to know a child has to start life with such a heavy burden. The GoFundMe campaign has been a testament to the kindness and support that still exists, even in the darkest times. Has anyone heard any updates on how he's doing or ways we can help further? It's important that we keep Brittany's memory alive by being there for her son in any way we can.
