It’s been over four years since Edgar Gonzalez was taken from this world, and I still can't wrap my head around why there's been so little progress in finding out who did this. I recently visited San Benito and speaking to a few locals, it’s clear that the wound of losing Edgar is still fresh in the community. I feel a heavy sadness knowing that his family is still waiting for answers. It’s shocking that no suspects have even been named. With technology advancing, how has there been no breakthrough? There must be someone out there who knows something — an overlooked witness or a piece of evidence left in the dark. If you’re from the area or know someone who is, please, it’s never too late to come forward. Every detail helps, no matter how small it may seem. We owe it to Edgar's memory and to his loved ones who deserve to see justice served.

Hey everyone, I was revisiting Edgar Gonzalez's case today, and I can't stop thinking about how frustratingly quiet things have gotten. It's been over four years since that awful night in San Benito, and still, no suspects or answers. I came across a few articles mentioning that despite numerous appeals for surveillance footage or any information, there's still nothing substantial. It must be so difficult for Edgar's family and friends to live with this silence and uncertainty. I'm curious, does anyone know if there were any significant community initiatives to support the investigation? Like vigils or community meetings? I feel like bringing more attention to cold cases sometimes pushes things forward. Let’s keep talking about Edgar and make sure his story doesn't fade into the background. Thoughts and prayers going out to everyone who knew him.

I'm curious if anyone else remembers hearing about Edgar Gonzalez's murder and how there hasn't been much movement on the case. I read that the San Benito Police Department asked for surveillance footage from the community. Does anyone know if there's any information on whether they gathered substantial footage? It seems like in cases like this, surveillance can be crucial. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for Edgar's family and friends, living without answers and still seeking justice after all this time. If anyone has any thoughts or updates, even seemingly small details, maybe they might help bring some closure.
