I've been following the tragic case of Deangelo Burgess, and my heart truly goes out to his family and friends. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain they’re going through. What really struck me is how the lack of witnesses has made the investigation so difficult. It seems like it's a recurring issue in St. Louis. It's disheartening to think that someone might know something but isn't coming forward. These neighborhoods need more support to feel safe enough to speak up without fear. Sometimes all it takes is one brave person to step up, and it could make all the difference. I hope that someone finds the courage to come forward soon. Deangelo deserves justice, and so does his family. Keeping them in my thoughts as the community hopefully steps forward to help solve this senseless act.
