Has anyone else been following the case of Jesusita Jessica Loredo? I’ve been trying to wrap my head around the fact that two different people—Juan Manuel Yanez and Martin Coca-Maldonado—got tangled up in this tragedy. It’s unsettling to think how relationships or acquaintanceships can turn into something so devastating. The fact that the police worked so hard to build their case is commendable, but it makes me wonder about the dynamics between Yanez and Loredo. Does anyone have insights or thoughts about how they might have known each other or what led to the police initially focusing on him?
