Has anyone else been following the updates on the appeal process for Rose Marie Garcia? It's baffling how complex these legal proceedings can become. I can't even begin to imagine how difficult this must be for Mario's family, having to endure this prolonged fight for justice. It's already tragic enough to lose someone you love in such a terrible manner.
Mario seemed like such a devoted father and grandfather, who cherished every moment with his family. He should have been enjoying retirement years, teaching his grandchildren to fish or passing on his love of boxing.
