I’ve been closely following the discussions about the El Paso Walmart shooting, and my heart goes out to the family of Adolfo Cerros Hernandez and Sarah Esther Regalado. Reading about the impact on their daughter, Sandra, truly touched me. It’s unimaginable having to process such a sudden and violent loss of both parents. I can't help but wonder about how the communities in El Paso and Juarez continue to provide support for one another in the aftermath. Adolfo and Sarah’s legacy, with their three daughters and four grandchildren, shows a family so rich with love and memories. I hope their family finds strength together and knows that so many people stand with them in solidarity against such senseless violence. It reminds us all of the need for compassion and action against hate in our societies. ?
