Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Patra Perkins, and while every piece of this tragedy is incredibly disturbing, I can't stop thinking about the moment her mom had to identify her. I just can't imagine how excruciating that moment must have been. As if losing a child isn’t unbearable enough, having to face such a cruel reality and confirm it yourself... that's beyond words. I keep wondering about the support systems for families dealing with such agonizing losses. Does anyone know if there's been any community outreach or counseling offered to Patra's family? It seems like her family has been left with such a heavy burden, and I truly hope there’s been some attempt to support them through this nightmare. It's just all so deeply unsettling, and my heart goes out to Patricia and her family during this unimaginable time. If anyone learns about ways to help or support them, please share. They deserve all the love and strength we can offer.

I've been following the Patra Perkins case closely, and I just can't stop thinking about her family, especially with the baby shower they were planning for Jai-Ary. It's devastating to imagine what they must be going through right now. The fact that they had to set up a GoFundMe to cover the funeral expenses adds an even heavier burden during such an unimaginably difficult time. I hope the community continues to rally around them, offering support and love during this painful period. It's moments like these that remind us of the importance of standing by one another. Has anyone else heard about any local initiatives to support the Perkins family besides the GoFundMe? Anything we can do to help, we should.
