I’ve been following Ambrett Seabron’s case closely and one thing that’s really stuck with me is the impact a dedicated teacher like her can have on a community. It’s terribly sad news for her students and colleagues at Cameron Elementary School. She dedicated 12 years of her life to teaching, and from what I’ve read, she was truly loved and respected. It breaks my heart when I think about how she had so many more lives to touch and inspire through her work in education. Schools are like second homes to both teachers and students, and losing someone like Mrs. Seabron in such a senseless act of violence has to be incredibly tough for everyone who knew her. I’m sure her legacy will live on in the many students she taught and inspired. Sending love and strength to her family, friends, and all her students dealing with the aftermath of this loss.
