I’ve been thinking a lot about the scene at the Redpoint Apartments. I read somewhere that residents heard the gunshots, and I can’t imagine how terrifying that must have been not just for those who knew Ivoryana but for the entire community living there. It’s such a sobering reminder of how quickly life can change. I’m curious if the proximity to the victim affected any of the witnesses in the long term. Did the local community come together to support each other through this tragedy? I hope they’re finding ways to heal and support one another while seeking justice for Ivoryana and her family. Anyone with more info on how the community is coping, post here. ?
