I’ve been reading through the threads about Mederrick Harper’s tragic murder and I can’t stop thinking about the role of the surveillance video. It’s chilling yet crucial how it captured the moments leading up to the shooting. It's heartbreaking to realize someone’s last moments were caught on camera, but it must be a vital piece of evidence for the police. I can only imagine the pain this must bring to Harper's family, knowing these recordings exist but are so key in finding justice for him. I'm thankful the police can use this footage, but I hope they keep his loved ones' feelings in mind as the investigation continues. Anyone else have thoughts on how impactful this video evidence might be in cases like these?
