Hi everyone, I’ve been following Lachandra Renee Delce’s case since it happened, and I can’t stop thinking about her family and what they must be going through. It’s hard to imagine how life changes in an instant after such a sudden loss. I read that the shooting took place at the Lavera apartment complex, which was described as a relatively quiet area. It makes me wonder if it was really random or if there might be someone out there who knows more about why this happened.
