I’ve been following Sharon Hawkins’ case, and something that really stands out to me is the fact that there were no signs of forced entry. It makes me wonder if Sharon might have known the person who took her life, or perhaps she just trusted them in that moment. It's such a terrifying thought that she might have let them in, unaware of what was going to happen. Sharon was described as a kind-hearted and loving individual, dedicated to her family and her work. The fact that a 12-year-old is involved makes this situation even more perplexing and tragic. How does someone so young get involved in such a violent act? It’s hard to imagine the emotional burden on both families involved. My heart goes out to Sharon’s family as they try to navigate this tragedy while also dealing with the legal proceedings. I hope they find answers and some form of peace as the case unfolds.
