Hey everyone, I was digging back through Evelyn Joyce McDowell's case and something that really sticks out to me is the fact her address book was found on a beach in Lucerne. It seems super odd, right? Lucerne isn't exactly around the corner from Napa or Woodland. How do you think it got there? Did she have connections in that area, or could it have been a way to mislead investigators? It's such a random spot for something so personal to turn up. I wonder if there were any significant contacts or notes in the book that might have hinted at trouble or a planned meeting. It just feels like a strange puzzle piece that never quite fit. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
I’ve been reading up on Evelyn Joyce McDowell’s case, and something has been nagging at me. Does anyone else find it strange that her address book ended up on a beach in Lucerne? I can’t help but wonder if the location was significant or if it was just a random drop-off. Could she have known someone in that area, or perhaps there’s something important about Lucerne we’re missing? I hope more light gets shed on this mystery. Any thoughts or theories from those who’ve been looking into it?
