Has anyone else been following the handling of Francisco "Frank" Santos's case and feeling frustrated with the judicial system? It's truly infuriating to see a young life taken so senselessly and yet the suspects seem to be getting a pass. The fact that the main defendant has not had a hearing set and is out on bond just seems so wrong. How can this happen when there's evidence pointing to their involvement? I can't imagine what Frank's family is going through, knowing these individuals are not being fully held accountable. It's as if the justice system is failing the very people it should be protecting. It seems there's a broader problem here with the rise in violent crimes among youth and how the courts are handling these cases. The community should rally around Frank's family to push for the justice he deserves. Has there been any update on when the second suspect's trial might start, or any movements in terms of new arrests related to the case? It would be a relief to hear that there’s progress, even if it’s just a small step towards closing this terrible chapter for Frank’s loved ones. Let's continue to support and keep advocating for justice in whatever ways we can.

I recently came across Frank Santos' case and felt compelled to share some thoughts here. It's incredibly upsetting how the judicial system has handled things. From what I've read, the main suspect, the shooter, got transferred to the adult criminal justice system, but that move seemed to have worked more in favor of the defendant than in Frank's favor. It feels like there needs to be a serious reflection on how the system might unintentionally allow justice to slip through the cracks. I can't even begin to imagine how Frank's family feels seeing the person who took their loved one away walking free, even temporarily. They deserve a sense of closure, and this seems anything but. Also, it's alarming to hear that such an important court hearing has yet to be set. The frustration of waiting for justice must be overwhelming. There needs to be a stronger voice from the community, supporting Frank's family in making sure that the system reevaluates how these types of cases are handled. I hope that with more awareness and pressure, there will be a shift towards ensuring that justice isn't delayed any further for Frank. To those who knew him, he was clearly loved and valued, and he's not just another statistic. Let's continue talking about this and being part of the push for change.
