Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Dwayne Brazzell Jr., and something that keeps coming back to my mind is the impact Dwayne had on his community, especially as a father and a role model. From what I've read, his time as a high school football star seems to have left a lasting impression on many who knew him. The Lewisville High School community and those who played alongside him speak so highly of his sportsmanship and camaraderie.
It's just so incredibly sad to think about how someone who brought so much positivity to those around him could have his life cut short in such a senseless act of violence. Those who knew him describe his smile as infectious, and it seems like he truly made people feel seen and valued. Dwayne wasn’t just a name or a statistic; he was a person with a family who loved him and friends who cherished his presence.
I find myself wondering, as I’m sure many of you do, why solving this case seems to be at a standstill. It’s baffling and frustrating. The dark-colored vehicle is such a thin lead, and yet you hold onto the hope that someone out there might remember a detail or have seen something that could help. It’s hard not to feel the weight of cases like Dwayne’s, especially when the community is still seeking justice.
I really hope this post can serve as a reminder to anyone who might have even the smallest piece of information to contact Fort Worth PD. Every little bit counts when it comes to getting justice for Dwayne and giving his family the closure they so deserve.
Has anyone else noticed the eerie lack of updates from the Fort Worth Police Department about Dwayne Brazzell Jr.'s case? It’s really troubling that a beloved figure like Dwayne, someone who contributed so positively to his community, can be taken from us with seemingly no leads. It’s been nearly three years and the silence is deafening. ?
I know Fort Worth has been dealing with a rise in crime, but how do cases like this slip through the cracks? Surely someone knows something about the dark-colored vehicle or the people behind the wheel. Given the area's problems with gang and drug-related crimes, could this have been a case of mistaken identity, or possibly someone targeting him for reasons we don’t understand?
It’s terrifying and sad to think this kind of violence can touch anyone. My thoughts go out to Dwayne’s family, who deserve closure and justice. Hopefully, brighter minds can piece together what happened that night. Anyone local who might know something, please share your insights—Dwayne’s family and friends need answers. ?
I’ve been following Dwayne Brazzell Jr.’s case closely, and my heart goes out to his family and friends. It's beyond frustrating that his murder remains unsolved. One thing I keep coming back to is the intersection where it happened. Whitten Street and Savage Drive isn't exactly well-lit or bustling with traffic that time of night. It makes me wonder if the perpetrator knew Dwayne's usual route or if this was just a coincidence. Also, a dark-colored vehicle doesn't give us much to go on. I’m hoping someone with dashcam footage from that night or other information comes forward. If you were around that area on November 29, 2020, please think back—it could help bring some answers and much-needed justice for Dwayne’s loved ones.
