I've been following the tragic situation surrounding Jose Ortega's death, and it’s truly weighed heavily on my mind. I can’t help but think about the families involved in this incident, especially given the ages of those involved. The thought of a young life ending so suddenly is unbearably sad, and I can't begin to fathom what his loved ones are going through. The detail of 137 candles being lit for him online is so moving and speaks to how deeply he was loved and missed. I also keep reconsidering what led up to the incident that night. It's baffling how a moment of recklessness with a firearm can alter so many lives forever. My heart goes out to both families, not only because they lost Jose but also because there's a young girl whose life has been irrevocably changed. I just hope there’s some clarity and peace that can come out of this investigation for everyone involved. ?️?
