I’ve been following the case of Janet E. Knife, and something that consistently puzzles me is the discovery of her car and belongings in Fultondale, Alabama. It's a pretty big detour from her original route to Georgia. I’m curious if anyone else thinks this location holds more significance than we realize. Could she have been meeting someone there, or perhaps she was forced off her route? I wonder if there has been any environmental or demographic change in the Fultondale area since 1986 that might shed some light on why her belongings were left there. It just seems like such a strange spot unless it was a prearranged meeting place. Would love to hear others' thoughts on this possibility.
