I've been following the case of Roderick Keith Fish Harris, and I keep thinking about how much he must have meant to his players and students. As a Little League coach, he was not only teaching kids about football but also about teamwork and commitment. It's so hard to imagine the void he's left in their lives—not only as a coach but as a mentor. It's such a senseless loss. I hope the community can come together to honor his memory by continuing his legacy in some way, maybe through a scholarship fund or a memorial event to support youth sports in Temple. The whole situation is just incredibly difficult to fathom, and my heart goes out to all those young athletes dealing with his loss.
