Has anyone else been following the lawsuit filed by Tony Evans Jr.'s family against the hotel? I can’t even imagine the pain they're going through right now. From what I've read, it sounds like they’re arguing the hotel was negligent by allowing the party to happen in the first place. It seems like common sense to enforce an age restriction policy, especially with underage parties that can easily spiral out of control. You'd think they would have taken better precautions to prevent such a tragedy. I hope this lawsuit brings some sense of accountability and, more importantly, a step toward closure for Tony’s loved ones. It’s such a devastating situation all around. Would love to hear other thoughts on how responsible the hotel might be in situations like this.
