Hey all, I can't stop thinking about what might have brought Daniel Gomez and Efrain Mendoza to that abandoned school in Whitt. It just seems so random—like, it's not exactly a place you'd just stumble into. Could they have been meeting someone there? Maybe they were caught up in something bigger than they realized. It's chilling to think about how that call about a man in danger led police right to the scene. It seems so out of the blue, yet it ended in such tragedy. My heart goes out to both men’s families. Hoping the investigators can piece together what happened soon and bring some closure to the families.

I've been trying to wrap my head around one detail that's been on my mind regarding the Daniel Gomez case. Why was the call about a man in danger so vague about the address? It seems odd that someone would call in but not specify where to send help, especially given the urgency. Maybe it's just me, but it feels like this might be an important piece of the puzzle.
I can't even imagine what Daniel's friends and family are going through right now. It's such an immense loss for them, and the lack of concrete information must be adding to their pain.
