Has anyone else been thinking about the emotional toll this has taken on Carlos's family? Especially the fact that his daughter and grandkids were so close by. That must have been absolutely traumatic for them. I can't even begin to imagine the heartache they must be experiencing, knowing they were right there and couldn’t do anything to save him. It's such a senseless act of violence. My heart goes out to them, and I hope they’ve been able to find some support and comfort through this ordeal. I read that the case has been ongoing, and the police are still gathering evidence. I really hope they have what they need to get justice for Carlos and his family. It’s frustrating to think there's even a chance his killer could walk free. Does anyone else have updates on the investigation or know if the authorities have made any progress since the arrest in June? It would be great to hear if there’s been any movement on this front.
