I’ve been diving into Hilda Marcum’s case, and something that caught my attention is the location where she was last seen—the Tugboat Tavern. I've been trying to dig up any info about this place around the time of her disappearance. Was it known for being a hangout spot, and does anyone remember if it had a reputation, good or bad? Sometimes establishments like these can hold clues, especially concerning the people who frequented them. If anyone has any insights or memories of the tavern back in the late '80s, it might help piece together what happened to Hilda.

I've been following Hilda Marcum's case for years, and something that's always puzzled me is why there haven't been more eyewitness accounts from the Tugboat Tavern. It was a busy night, and you’d think someone would have seen her leave or noticed something unusual. Considering it was a popular spot at the time, there must have been plenty of people around. I wonder if anyone who might have been there that night reads these forums and could share anything they recall, no matter how insignificant it might seem. Even the smallest detail could help piece together what happened after Hilda left on her own that evening. It’s baffling how someone could just vanish like that without a trace being left behind.
