I’ve been reading about Patricia Lynn Pouncy’s case and something just doesn’t add up. She vanished after dropping her daughter at school on New Year’s Day of all days. It's strange there wasn’t more foot traffic or witnesses. I’m curious if anyone knows whether there had been any major events the night before. Could something have happened that morning when people were still sleeping off New Year’s Eve? It’s so frustrating that there’s such limited information. The scar on her knee seems like a pretty distinctive feature. Has anyone checked with local doctors or ERs from that time? Maybe someone treated her for something else around that period. Just thinking out loud—hoping to get some fresh perspectives on what could’ve happened to her.
Hey everyone, new here and wanted to share something I found strange about Patricia Lynn Pouncy's case. Was anyone else puzzled by the fact that it happened right at the start of a new year? That morning she did something so routine—walking her daughter to school—and then just vanished. It feels like if the new year wasn’t significant, it would have been mentioned somewhere, right? I'm wondering if she might've had plans or met someone that morning who knew how to avoid drawing attention. Hoping someone might know more about her connections or any people in her life at that time who could provide some insight. Also, with the red scarf and dog bite scar, you'd think more people might remember seeing her that day. Let’s keep sharing and help find some answers for Patricia's family.
Does anyone else find it odd how little information has been made public about Patricia Lynn Pouncy's disappearance? It’s been over 30 years, and aside from the fact that she walked her daughter to school, there don’t seem to be any other publicly known details about that day. I wonder if she was acting differently in the days leading up to January 1st or if anyone saw her talking to someone unusual. Given how cold cases sometimes get solved by tiny bits of overlooked information, it’s frustrating that there doesn’t seem to be much to go on. Maybe someone from the neighborhood at the time might remember seeing something odd that morning.
