Does anyone else find it odd that we still don't have any significant details about Seprina Byers' last known whereabouts or activities on April 24, 1992? With so many cold cases, you often hear about where the person was last seen or who they were last with, but it's like there's a void of information here. It's baffling that in 30+ years, there's nothing concrete. Were there no witnesses or anything unusual reported at the time? Considering she might have used aliases, could that have complicated the initial investigation and led to early missteps? Just thinking out loud here and wondering if anyone else has theories or insight into why the timeline has this lack of initial details.
