Has anyone else heard about the tragic incident at El Rinconsito De Tela? It's incredibly upsetting to hear about Boris Jackson Colindres-Herrera's death over something as trivial as a soccer game. What's even more disturbing is how quickly this altercation escalated into fatal violence. I can't help but think about his young son back in Honduras who is now facing a future without his father. The community is rallying to support his family, which is heartwarming but does little to fill the void of such an irreplaceable loss. It makes you wonder how disagreements can spiral so dangerously out of control and what could have been done to prevent this. Sending thoughts and prayers to those affected.
