I’ve been following the case of Margarita Dellanira Pagoaga Rodriguez and something has been on my mind regarding the delay in arresting Jose Manuel Mendez. It took over seven months for him to be charged, and I'm curious about what obstacles might have contributed to this timeframe. Was it a lack of evidence, or were there perhaps challenges with locating him? My heart goes out to Margarita's loved ones who had to endure such a long period without any arrests being made. I can't imagine how difficult that waiting period must have been for them. It's incredibly important that justice is served, and I hope that the ongoing investigation brings all the necessary answers and peace to her family. If anyone has insights or additional information about why the arrest took so long, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
