Hi everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about John Reyes Jr. and his passion for photography. It’s so tragic that his life was cut short before he could fully explore his talent and share it with the world. Did anyone else find it particularly moving to see some of his photos shared by his family during the trial? Seeing the world through his lens really put a spotlight on the creativity and kindness he had. I can't help but think about all the stories he could have told through his pictures.
It's amazing how art can make someone feel so connected to a person they never met, and John's work undoubtedly spoke volumes about who he was. I hope his family continues to share his photographs as a tribute to his spirit and dreams.
Sending love and strength to all who knew and loved him.
Rest in peace, Baby Anthony. ?
Feel free to share thoughts or memories if you’d like. His family and friends should know that his art and spirit touched many lives.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the photography John Reyes Jr. left behind. From what I’ve read, his passion was really evident in the pictures he took. It’s incredibly rare to find someone so young and already so devoted to their craft. I can't help but feel that the world lost not just a vibrant soul, but potentially an incredibly talented artist who had so much more to share through his lens. It must be so hard for his family to go on without him, but I hope they find some comfort in the memories and moments he's captured. It must be comforting in a small way to have those photos to reflect on, despite the immense loss. It’s yet another reminder of how senseless violence can take away not just a life, but a lifetime of potential. My thoughts stay with his loved ones.
Has anyone else heard about the tribute the community organized for John Anthony Reyes Jr.? I think it's heartwarming to see people coming together to honor his memory in such a meaningful way. They placed a memorial at the location where the tragedy occurred, and it seems like it has become a place of solace for those who knew and loved "Baby Anthony." It's comforting to know that even in the midst of such sorrow, there are efforts to keep his spirit alive and remember the joy he brought to others. My thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time. It's a beautiful reminder of the impact one person can have on a community. If anyone knows more about how his family is doing or how we can support them, please share.
